CAROLE VALLAT

Trained in gymnastics at Colombier at the age of 5, it is quite natural that Carol evolves towards dance and trains in schools in New York and Switzerland.
After a few years spent in the watch industry as a watch designer, her desire to teach the passion of movement brought her to Montreal to Ann Mac Millan with whom she learned the contemporary repertoire. It was then that she opened the door to the fascinating world of fascia. In 2015, she had the privilege of doing a mentorship at Namaha, directed by Célina Hwang in Geneva. There she discovered a way to move her body through the awareness of the neuromyofascial system.
At the same time, she trained in yin yoga, which directly addresses the connective tissues, as well as the TCM meridians. Passionate about knowledge, she also makes connections through yoga and Ayurveda. She continues to train in “modern” yoga with Brea Johnson and Annie Adamson. Re-connected to her body Carol wishes to share her knowledge and guide others in exploring their bodies.
Today she has the privilege of assisting Celina Hwang in the Biointegrityoga training.
